Alexandår Thomson has spent the last 15+ years putting his degrees in Psychology and Business Administration to good use. Alexandår has focused on working with a multitude of businesses and teams in various industries in order to learn the strategies needed to develop a truly “conscious” company. Since 2010 he has been applying the knowledge gained to help develop, implement, and train business owners on methods of efficiency, efficacy, and equality all while demonstrating how to be better leaders for their people.
In 2014, Alexandår began developing a system of community integration and support through merging modern education with ancient methods and understandings. Over the next several years this began to form a practical system of Global community integration and evolution, birthing several wellness based companies and methods along the way. This balance of ancient methods with modern understandings and advancements has birthed a system of real individual and collective empowerment married to an opportunity for truly positive change.
Serendipitously, as his systems were nearing their completion in 2020, Alexandår was introduced to the Opportunity Zone program which provides the perfect backbone for the fruition of these systems. Alexandår has now fully focused on the development and integration of OZ funds and OZ businesses to further help create a positive change in the world.

Sarah Maxwell is a long-standing pioneer in Social Impact strategy and partnerships. She utilizes business as a medium for doing good in the world. Sarah has been a long-time entrepreneur starting her journey in Silicon Valley in the early days of tech and real estate development. She has been at the forefront of creating tech “unicorns” with her affinity for forecasting significant industry trends. With these insights she has built many teams to help “crowd-solve” environmental and social challenges utilizing ESG investing strategies for building smart cities, intuitive villages and islands. Sarah is highly experienced in eco real estate development, blockchain, fin-tech, green-tech, renewables and the best practices to integrate a holistic ecosystem of companies committed to social good and a circular economy.
Sarah has lived and worked in many places all over the world, which has provided her with a multi-cultural business perspective and an expansive network of relationships around the world. She has frequently been invited to be a speaker at social impact and conscious commerce themed events. Events such as “Women in Blockchain”, “Women in Wellness & Leadership.” The USC Marshall School of Business”, as well as speaking on panels regarding Economic Development for creating jobs, affordable housing, and mixed-use development projects to enhance the quality of life in communities. Sarah is a co-producer of the yearly event Earth Gratitude on Earth Day featuring Jane Goodall, the Dalai Lama, Elon Musk, Arianna Huffington and many notable leaders and inspirational authors.
Sarah was formerly the Director of Innovation and Partnerships with a blockchain company specializing in Smart Cities where her focus was to spear-head initiatives with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. It was here that she focused on building partnerships and advising social impact fund managers on where to allocate capital for triple bottom line investing for the future we all want to co-create. In the past she served as the V.P. of Client Relations and Deal Flow on an executive team that raised a $5 billion fund for real estate acquisitions and asset management in which she had over $1billion in acquisitions in play. In 2017 she learned of Opportunity Zone Funds when they first launched and has been an advocate for building ecosystem funds for social good ever since.
